1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE for orders above 80$!
2. WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM
We manufacture and ship our products from different places.
Some of our products are manufactured in the US and printed on demand.
This means, we individually create your product when you place an order and then send it out to you. This is why the processing of your order may take up to 5 days.
Other products that don't come with a print are usually manufactured in China. Which is why we are able to offer our products at the prices we do, and are able to ship world wide with minimal shipping cost.
We know that quality might be a concern of yours.
But don't worry, our #1 priority is still ethical and high quality production.
So even if the product is coming from China, we assure you that Quality and Ethical standards are met. We have very strict vetting processes and work with the highest quality control agencies in China.
3. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Some of our products are manufactured in the US and will ship from our local warehouses. But we manufacture different products in different locations, which also include some places in Asia (mostly China) for certain products. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order different types of products) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is in USD though!
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-5 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 5 weeks

5. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "5 WEEKS" WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :)
6. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
7. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
8. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
9. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are quite an international company, shipping world wide, having employees in the US, Europe & Asia, and sourcing our products from the US, EU, UK, and Asia. Our Headquarters are located in Singapore.
10. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE ON MY BANK STATEMENT, WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM?
Since our company is based in Singapore, it's possible that when ever you make a payment, a small international processing fee of no more than 1.5% may apply. This varies depending on which kind of bank and or credit card you are using.
