1. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE VEGAN FOUNDED?
Leafy Souls has been certified as a VEGAN FOUNDED business. This means that our founders, Henry and Tanveer, and a hefty number of us working at Leafy Souls are vegans, and we couldn’t be more proud of this.
2. LET'S TALK SHIPPING. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? AND HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING USUALLY COST?
Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE for orders above $80. We offer two types of shipping - standard and insured - and calculate our rates at checkout based on your address. We have delivered to happy customers in Iceland, Australia, Hawaii, South Africa, Russia... the list goes on!
Unlike some stores who offer free shipping (covered by a higher product price), we let you see exactly how much shipping costs based on your location.
We think this is more transparent, and fairer too.
3. COOL. SO WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?
Having a range of trusted manufacturing partners all over the world helps us meet our goals of making vegan fashion affordable for as many people as possible.
So we manufacture and ship our products from different places, always looking for partners with a commitment to quality, fair pay and working conditions and clear sustainability responsibility.
Our unique message wear products are manufactured in the US and printed on demand, saving on storage space and all the costs and environmental damage that includes. This means each product is created individually when you place an order before we send it out to you (which is why processing your order may take up to 5 days).
Other products that don't come with a print are usually manufactured in China, by partners who meet our quality and ethical standards.
We know that quality might be a concern of yours.
But don't worry, like you our #1 priority is still ethical and high quality production. We test the products ourselves, rejecting those that don't meet our quality standards, and we form long-term partnerships with manufacturers we trust, choosing to support them over new products with a supply chain or manufacturing process we know less about. We even have a logistic team member in China to make site visits.
This goes for all of our suppliers and manufacturers - whether China, USA or anywhere else in the world.
4. SOUNDS GOOD. SO HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing will usually be completed in 1-3 business days before shipment, with our custom prints taking up to 5 days. Even though we ship from a few different places, on average deliveries anywhere in the world will take between 1-3 weeks.
However, due to the distance between countries, unpredictable postal services, occasional pandemics and shipping delays, in rare situations it may take up to 5 weeks

5. OK MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET - OR THERE' S A PROBLEM WITH IT. WHAT NEXT?
6. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
It's common to fulfil orders with products from different manufacturers, in different locations, so you you can expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order different types of products). As different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing, this results in the best experience for you.
We ship from different parts of the world using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others. As well, often times some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
7. WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
8. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
9. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are an international company, shipping world wide, with employees in the US, Europe & Asia, and sourcing our products from the US, EU, UK, and Asia. It means we have production and logistics experts in China ensuring our ethical and quality standards are met, and a customer service team that's awake when you are. Our Headquarters are located in Singapore.
10. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE ON MY BANK STATEMENT, WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM?
Since our company is based in Singapore, it's possible that on payment a small international processing fee of no more than 1.5% may apply. This varies depending on which kind of bank and or credit card you are using.
