10 HOLE DIATONIC BEGINNERS BLUES HARMONICA

Who doesn't like the sound of a well played harmonica? Well, we do! The harmonica has a long history. It’s journey begins in China with an instrument called the Sheng. The harmonica was copied and further developed in Europe during early in the 19th century. The first harmonicas were made in Germany and the best known harmonica manufacturers, Hohner, is still based in Germany.

However, the harmonica is a popular instrument and usually associated with Americans. Why is that? Well, Matthias Hohner introduced the harmonica to 19th century America and this is what really began the image of the harmonica being played by a cowboy, wanderer or slave seeking some entertainment as they cross the huge country. The harmonica was cheap and easy to carry, perfect for a countryman on the move, like. While there were many harmonica types, the most widely used harmonica (at least in Western countries) became the 10 hole "diatonic", as we sell in our store.

And this is the perfect model if you want to get started. Made out of metal with a chrome-plated Copper Board, this harmonica has six keys and is perfect for playing the blues.

DOLPHIN 15 FRETS SOPRANO UKULELE

Soprano is the smallest size of the 4 main ukulele sizes. Soprano size is typically a good choice for women and children as they are easier to play with smaller hands. Of course, they are fine for men also, however if you are a male with big hands, we suggest a concert or tenor size. The soprano ukes produce the familiar "twangy" ukulele sound that we are used to hearing. Most soprano ukuleles have 12-15 frets, they are very convenient to travel with and suitable for beginners. Check out our range below and let us know if you have any questions.

Our 15-fret Soprano ukulele is made from Sapele and Rosewood. It also has a nice dolphin pattern making it perfect for a friend or family member that likes to sit at the beach and play a tune.

Many appreciate the hulusi for its warm tone and haunting timbre, but owing to its limited volume, it is hardly used in ensembles. The firsthulusi was created in 1958, consisting of fourteen notes. In the seventies, the hulusi was then developed to include two pipes, each tuned a fourth apart from each other.

This hulusi flute in the key of C, is made of natural gourd & black bamboo tone pipe, with 1 tone pipe and 2 sub pipes, producing a soft and relaxing sound.
