Refined compositions stack vegetable vegetables, red onions, and vegan steak, red beans, sweet spices, and soy. All stalled between two buns of toasted bread which is just enough to crunch. Special mention to Petit Nerveux which includes coriander sauce and tortilla chips, or the Lit with peppers and its smoke barbecue sauce. Apparently the best in town!
